This is the first news update in nearly a year and a half, i\'ve been very busy and havent had time to put any real effort into this site other than keeping the cams and forums online.

That being said, i plan to revamp the site soon to narrow the focus and make the site more streamlined and easier for me to maintain and update. Which means i should be sooner assed to do so and keep things fresh. There will be some casualties, for example the daily tc\'s will be officially retired as i see no easy way to ressurect that. the design of the site will be changed to make it a bit more \'timeless\' and purposeful , easier to use for the visitors and myself.

I also have a great deal of content accumulated over the last 18 months that has never got added, i\'ll make sure thats put up over the next week, including still and video members updates.

as for all the personal email that\'s gone unanswered over the same period (which is a suprisingly large number), i do plan on putting time into answering all of them over the next weeks and will make sure i stay on top of that.

an fyi for everyone, the reason there is no sound on the streaming cam during the week is because i am working during that time and privacy is required, i may reorganize the camera placement soon so that i can more easily mute/unmute the camera at night instead of just leaving it muted mon-fri but that will need some further effort on my part to set up. the unhandy placement of the camera (high up in the corner of the room) is also the reason there hasnt been a sleep cam recently, as the camera is no longer \'portable\' on a tripod around the house, so i dont carry it into the bedroom at night. I may find a solution for this as well.

And as youve noticed, news will be posted through the forum -- I encourage those interested to subscribe to this forum or rss feed for notifications. this way of doing it will also allow 'comments' from registered users on the updates.

To those that have stuck around, thank you, and keep watching!

Hi Seth, I'm glad to see you here again. It would be nice if you could fix the upload feature in the forums. Looking forward to your updates, thanks.

As always.... a new update to the page layout Seth. Thanks for updating the user nominated pics and loosing the TC's will be tragic. That was one feature that I really enjoyed when it was functional. Would hope there could be a way of keeping it. I would give my time to the daily updating if there was a way you could set it up to be done.

As always, you have a great site and I look forward to your modifications.

Seth -

I propose you create a new thread in this area and ask for user ideas how to revamp the site.

The primary goal would be to do everything you do now, but in a way that takes less effort, time, or money.

The secondary goal would be to attract new viewers to your site.

I think you are wise to some ideas:

Leveraging other sites and technology to provide certain functions.

YouTube to host your user videos...it frees up your space and actually serves to bring new users to your site.
Use XTube to host your adult videos...it frees up your space; serves to bring new users to your site; and may generate cash.
Establish and maintain profiles on facebook, youtube, myspace (others?) to bring new users to your site.

Although some things maybe impractical (no roi), no idea should be discounted as too far-fetched, at least initially.

There's lots of ways to update the site and keep it absolutely low maintenance.

What say?

I didn't see this post until after I tried uploading on the other page. Still not working for me. Maybe some others could try.

I dont get an error Seth, but whatever I try and attach in the way of a jpeg etc. just does not appear when I save the post. I have had to delete any number of posts because the image failed to appear in the post.

Just figure it's me as other are posting images with no problem.
