You mean evasion
The question is how do people get poor and how do they get rich? Often the rich get rich on the back of the poor, or by making the poor even poorer. And after having used themselves the tools of society they then deny others their use. "Cracher dans la soupe apres l'avoir mange" [spitting in the soup after having eaten it], is how the French would put it. That is the truth.
